New Facilities
We have expanded our PCB production facility into larger refurbishment premises.
Three separate workshops cater for SMT production, through hole conventional production and final inspection and test.
Equipment:
New flow solder equipment has been installed to improve both quality and consistency of finish while allowing faster turn round times.
Also new is an auto cropper to prepare component leads to exactly the correct length prior to flow soldering
The move has doubled our production space and has allowed us to include a dedicated programming, inspection and test department
The department operates to high standards of quality control and we are always pleased to welcome potential customers to view the facility, by prior appointment.
