Quality Assurance

GN Systems Ltd is committed to attaining high standards of quality in the products and services it provides. Quality systems are maintained to ensure that customers receive products that are fit for purpose, and meet their requirements, in a timely manner.

GN Systems was awarded ISO9002 in April 1999 after three years of developing a fully documented Quality System. Further accreditation to ISO 9001:2008 has recently been achieved, with the company's QMAP Quality System outlining the policy and arrangements within the organisation to ensure compliance with the standard. All procedures and elements of the quality system are mandatory and are implemented by the company's employees who are fully trained to ensure understanding and implementation of the system.

The company employs a Quality Control Manager with responsibility for maintaining all aspects of the Quality System, and for seeking continuous further improvement.
The Quality Control Manager also has responsibility for the implementation of the Company's Health and Safety Policy.

Our store operates on a computer based stock control system with bar coded stock locations to ensure accurate stock receipt and issue.
