Through Hole PCB Assembly

Our PCB assembly department maintains a very high standard of through hole assembly. All components are placed under anti-static conditions to maintain component integrity.

Production ranges from quick turn around prototypes to full production runs that may be supplied to the customer on a scheduled order.

The department is currently relocating and is being re-equipped to allow it to handle larger orders with improved turn around times.

High standards of production are ensured by our strict quality control procedures, with constant testing and monitoring of the operation. If required certification of the completed and tested product is available.

Automated Assembly

We have expanded our PCB production  facility into larger refurbishment premises.

Three separate workshops cater for SMT production, through hole conventional production and final inspection and test.

Equipment:

New flow solder equipment has been installed to improve both quality and consistency of finish while allowing faster turn round times.

Also new is an auto cropper to prepare component leads to exactly the correct length prior to flow soldering

The move has doubled our production space and has allowed us to include a dedicated programming, inspection and test department
